Tushaar Desai is Of Counsel attorney at Urban Thier & Federer, Attorneys at Law in the Orlando office. His practice focuses on immigration and family law, as well as civil litigation, particularly in matters of personal injury, landlord-tenant law, and foreclosure defense – primarily residential. He works with clients and lenders to develop fair and cost-effective resolutions and represents owners of properties in cases of overages where an appropriate settlement cannot be reached.
