Sandra Navidi is admitted to practice law in both Germany and the state of New York. After studying at the University of Cologne, she earned a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York. She advises clients with international operations on business and finance law matters.
She has many years of expertise in alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, and structured finance), corporate law, tax law, and regulatory law, as well as in cross-border corporate transactions.
Ms. Navidi is the founder and CEO of BeyondGlobal, LLC, a New York-based management and strategy consulting firm. There, she advises the boards and executive management of international corporations, financial institutions, and family offices. Previously, she was part of the closest circle of advisors to renowned economist Nouriel Roubini, where she worked at Roubini Global Economics as Director of Research Strategies and Senior Relationship Manager. Before joining Roubini, Ms. Navidi worked as an investment banker at Scarsdale Equities, as Chief Legal Officer at Muzinich & Co., and as a consultant at Deloitte, among other roles.
As an expert in international capital markets, she gave over 600 interviews to international media and appeared as a guest speaker at numerous major industry events. Her book $uper-hubs: How the Financial Elite and Their Networks Rule the World is a SPIEGEL and Amazon bestseller.
