Patricia M. Lee is a Senior Attorney in the Orlando office of UTF Urban Thier & Federer. She practices family and estate law, focusing on custody and support disputes, the determination and enforcement of child and spousal support obligations, alimony, the establishment of appropriate payments, attorney's fees, relocation and move-away proceedings, as well as post-judgment modifications and enforcement actions. Ms. Lee has over 25 years of professional experience.
Furthermore, she is the reference attorney and advisor for the U.S. Department of the Interior's Children and Families division, overseeing the implementation of the Hague Convention in the United States. She has extensive experience with the international aspects of child abduction cases, particularly concerning federal regulations on the prevention of parental child abduction and uniform laws for the enforcement of custody decisions.
Her areas of practice also include the impact of immigration law on the dissolution of marital unions, as well as the recognition, modification, and enforcement of foreign custody and support orders – extending to further binational divorce matters. Ms. Lee is a member of the Florida Bar and is fluent in Spanish and German.
