Barry Fischer is an of-counsel attorney based in the New York office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on economic and financial fraud. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters and advises on the strategic enforcement and defense of claims, personal injury cases, as well as in tenancy law and mortgage foreclosures in the area of housing law.

He taught trial tactics and strategy at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy at Duke University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also lectured for the Practising Law Institute on conducting complex factual investigations and co-authored a book on investigative techniques. In connection with his trial work, Mr. Fischer was a guest on numerous television and radio interviews and participated as a panelist on talk shows. He also appeared as a guest commentator on Courtroom Television Network.

In addition, Mr. Fischer was voted by his peers as one of the top 5 % attorneys out of approximately 93,000 lawyers in New York City. He is fluent in English and Portuguese. Barry Fischer is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations.
