H. Michael Soroy
Attorney H. Michael Soroy is admitted to practice law before Federal and State Courts in the United States. Mr. Soroy is a graduate of European and US universities. He is fluent in several European languages and bilingual in Norwegian.
Sandra Navidi
Sandra Navidi is admitted to practice law in the Federal Republic of Germany as well as in the State of New York. She holds a law degree from the University of Cologne School of Law, Germany, and a Master-of-Law Degree in Banking Corporate and Finance law from Fordham University School of Law, New York, USA. In addition, she passed the tax lawyer’s exam in Germany.
Angelika Laich
Angelika Laich is an Of Counsel Attorney with Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. She is based out of the Munich office. Ms. Laich’s practice focuses primarily on corporate law, inheritance law including estate tax matters, and real estate law including residential and commercial landlord-tenant law.

Tushaar Desai is an Of Counsel Attorney with Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. He is based out of the Orlando office. Mr. Desai’s practice focuses primarily on immigration law, family law, civil litigation, personal injury, landlord/tenant law, and mortgage foreclosure with a concentration on cases involving housing matters.

John L. Urban is a founding Shareholder of Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. and is the managing shareholder of the firm’s Orlando office. He is based out of the Orlando office. Mr. Urban’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation in the areas of business and contract disputes, commercial law, collections, personal injury, domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments, international law, real estate and probate, as well as transactional matters.
Deborah J. Townsend
Deborah J. Townsend is an Of Counsel Attorney with Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. She is based out of the Orlando office. Ms. Townsend’s practice focuses primarily on immigration and nationality law. She represents a broad range of clients including investors, entrepreneurs, large and small corporations, foreign national employees, families and students in all areas of immigration law.

Patricia M. Lee is a Senior Attorney with Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. She is based out of the Orlando office. Ms. Lee’s practice focuses primarily on family and estate law with concentration on child custody disputes, child support assessment and enforcement, alimony, equitable distribution, fee awards, relocation, as well as post-judgment modification and enforcement proceedings.

Dr. Georg Federer is a founding Shareholder of Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. and the managing shareholder of the firm’s Munich office. He is based out of the Munich office in Germany. Dr. Federer’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation in the areas of competition and trademark law, wills, estates, probate law, business litigation, as well as transactional matters.

Carl-Christian Thier is a founding Shareholder of Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. Mr. Thier’s practice focuses primarily on German and United States international laws in the areas of contract law, taxation, tax planning, business entity formation and other business matters, with a particular focus on cross border investments between Germany and the United States. Mr. Thier practices law from the United States offices of the firm.
