Lee is a senior attorney in the Orlando office of Urban Thier Federer. She practices family and estate law, focusing on child custody and support disputes, the establishment and enforcement of child and minor support, spousal support (alimony), the determination of appropriate payments, the assumption of legal fees, relocation or change of venue proceedings, as well as post-judgment modifications and enforcement proceedings. Ms. Lee has more than 25 years of professional experience.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, she is the reference attorney and advisor for the U.S. Department of the Interior's Children and Families division, overseeing the implementation of the Hague Convention in the United States. She has extensive experience with the international aspects of child abduction cases, particularly concerning federal regulations on the prevention of parental child abduction and uniform laws for the enforcement of custody decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Her areas of practice also include the impact of immigration law on the dissolution of marital unions, as well as the recognition, modification, and enforcement of foreign custody and support orders \u2013 extending to further binational divorce matters.
