Cyclist fatalities remain a major cause for concern: Nationwide, approximately 850 cyclists die each year, representing an increase of over 40% compared to 2010.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Florida continues to be among the most dangerous states for pedestrians and cyclists. Preliminary figures indicate more than\u00a0<\/span><\/span>9,200 bicycle accidents<\/span><\/span> and around 185 to 190 cyclist deaths in Florida in 2024, in addition to hundreds of pedestrian deaths.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
