Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er in Schlichtungs- und Schiedsverfahren (einschlie\u00dflich Mediation und Arbitration) t\u00e4tig, f\u00fchrt Mietrechtsstreitigkeiten im privaten und gewerblichen Bereich, \u00fcbernimmt Testaments- und Nachlassstreitigkeiten und begleitet Berufungsverfahren.<\/p>\n<p>Herr Kovack ist Mitglied der Anwaltskammer von Connecticut, des US-Berufungsgerichts f\u00fcr den Zweiten Gerichtsbezirk sowie der Anwaltskammer des US-Bezirksgerichts f\u00fcr den District of Connecticut. Zudem ist er als vom Gericht bestellter Mediator\/Schlichter zur Beilegung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Grundlage eines am 1. Oktober 2016 in Connecticut in Kraft getretenen Gesetzes wurde Herr Kovack im Oktober 2016 als Anwalt zur Wahrung der Interessen von Tieren (\u201eanimal advocate\u201c) berufen. Diese Regelung erm\u00f6glicht es Richtern der Superior Courts, freiwillige Vertreter zu ernennen, die in bestimmten Tierschutzverfahren die rechtlichen Interessen von Tieren vertreten.<\/p>\n<p>Er ist au\u00dferdem Mitglied der Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, einer Interessenvertretung von Anw\u00e4lten, die Mandanten insbesondere in Personenschadens- und Produkthaftungsf\u00e4llen vertritt.
